Flameless Modified Bitumen

We install torch-applied (open flame) systems only in suitable environments that meet strict safety criteria. Our process includes a minimum two-hour fire watch, during which temperatures are monitored every 15 minutes using an infrared thermometer and recorded on our internal fire watch form. To ensure safety, at least three fire extinguishers and a bucket of fire powder are securely stored on the roof. We only torch to structural concrete, and a thorough inspection of the underside of the concrete deck is conducted beforehand.
